NaCSA Commissioners meet with new and outgoing Board Chairmen; and Commit to Enhance the Gains of the Feed Salone Agenda...

*Wednesday, 4th December 2024 -* The

Commissioner for the National Commission for Social Action (NaCSA) – Ambassador Ernest Mbaimba Ndomahina and his Deputy Sir Jimmy Batilo Songa have met with Paramount Chief Foday Musa Nyandebo-Gbogboto II, the outgoing board chairman and Mr. Mohamed E.K Alie, the incoming board chairman.


The essence of the meeting is for the two eminent personalities to be updated on project implementation status and critical actions that require collaborative efforts. Ambassador Ndomahina thanked PCFoday Musa Nyandebo-Gbogboto II for his immense contribution to the many results NaCSA has recorded over the years. He also welcomes Mr. Mohamed E K Alie and expresses the Commission’s willingness to work with him when once approved by Parliament. He noted that the Commission’s rebranding strategy has contributed immensely to gains recorded by the Big Five Game Changers, particularly the Feed Salone Agenda. *‘’I am delighted to inform you that our program implementation paradigm was critically aligned with the aspirations outlined in the national development framework. I must thank the President, His Excellency Dr Julius Maada Bio for `his continuous support and confidence in the work we do. We will continue the delivery speed but it clear focus on quality, impact and value for money. We are on standby to welcome you to the Commission, well known for peace and oneness.’’* Ambassador Ndomahina ended.


Paramount Chief Foday Musa Nyandebo-Gbogboto II indicated that NaCSA remains the leading government institution when it comes to working together. This has been demonstrated and recognised by His Excellency himself and we are taking all necessary steps to sustain this peaceful atmosphere. *‘’I am happy that you are coming and must haste in to let you that this is a rebranded NaCSA with a celebrated peaceful atmosphere. In progress made in recent times is commendable; peace and oneness have contributed immensely. I am here ready to support you with all I can to make your chairmanship rememberable.’’* He ended.


Sir Jimmy Batilo Songa is the Deputy Commissioner for NaCSA, he noted there is consistent and steady progress at NaCSA. *‘’The Ndomahina-led administration has re-energised the administrative and operational structures at the Commission. Implementations are people-centric and demand-driven because we believe in human capital development.’’* Sir Jimmy noted. The incoming Board Chairman was also introduced to the ongoing implementation support mission for the Productive Social Safety Nets and Youth Employment Project. Mr Alie promised to join the team immediately after his parliamentary approval. *‘’certainly, we will work together to sustain this progress but more specifically achieve the objective of the big five game-changers.’’* He ended by thanking the President and the people of Sierra Leone.
