The Commissioner of the National Commission for Social Action (NaCSA) *Ambassador Ernest Mbaimba Ndomahina* has met with the Ambassador of Ireland to Sierra Leone; *Ambassador Aidan Fitzpatrick.*
The main purpose of the visit is to forge a partnership in helping Social Protection for the people of Sierra Leone. The two international development experts agreed to deepen cooperation and develop a pragmatic approach to supporting Social Protection.
In his welcoming remarks, Commissioner Ndomahina informed the Irish ambassador about the institutional Capacity, systems, processes, and procedures of NaCSA. “The commission has been restructured to align with government Big Five Game Changers. We are very deliberate about positioning ourselves as the lead government institution with the adequate capacity and will-power to implement social protection issues under the Big Five agenda of *His Excellency Dr. Julius Maada Bio* which is about transforming and elevating the lives of the most vulnerable Sierra Leoneans including persons with disability.”… The strategic commissioner reaffirmed.
