Yusuf Ibrahim is the Director of Finance at NaCSA. He is a Chartered and Certified Accountant (ACCA holder). He received his BSc in Physics Education degree from Njala University in 2002, his MSc in Geophysics from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei in 2006, MSc in IT and Finance from the University of Westminster, London, UK in 2007.  He is a trained Financial Analyst, a Geoscientist and a Commonwealth Scholar since 2007.

He has worked as a Project and Finance Staff for various organizations, including:  Westminster City Council London,  UNDP Legal Aid Scheme Project, DFID Wealth Creation Project and SALCAB. He has also consulted for a number of the Ministries, Departments and Agencies in Sierra Leone.

He also lectures at both Njala University and Fourah Bay College respectively. As Head of Finance Unit at NACSA, he is using his past experiences and skills set to enhance the Financial Management System of NACSA.
